Terms & Conditions Please be advised that entry to the St Kilda Openair Cinema is solely on the basis of the following terms, the acceptance of which is a fundamental condition of your entry:
  1. We reserve the right to refuse entry to the St Kilda Openair Cinema venue.
  2. The St Kilda Openair Cinema is a fully licensed over 18 event. There is strictly no BYO drinks permitted on the grounds. Under 18 year olds will be only permitted when accompanied by a parent. The St Kilda Openair Cinema is an all weather event. Bring a warm blanket and some rain protection.
  3. No refunds will be provided on unused St Kilda Openair Cinema tickets.
  4. The St Kilda Openair Cinema reserves the right to change advertised films and to cancel a screening at their discretion. In such cases tickets will be exchangeable for any other night of the 2007 season.
  5. If you bought your ticket using a credit card you must bring it along on the night to gain entry.
  6. Prohibited in the theatre are sound recording devices and video or movie cameras.
  7. All entrants attending St Kilda Openair Cinema do so at their own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all liability to any person is excluded for any injury, loss or damage suffered by any person as a result of or in connection with St Kilda Openair Cinema.
  8. Seating is non-reserved and at the discretion of St Kilda Openair Cinema staff.
  9. Dogs and any other pets not allowed on the grounds.
